This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Mellow Match ("the App", "we", "us", or "our").
Mellow Match is a casual puzzle game that can be played without creating an account. The App uses third-party Google services for advertising, consent management, analytics, and crash diagnostics.
By using Mellow Match, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Depending on device settings, consent choices, applicable law, and third-party service functionality, the App and its integrated services may collect or process:
The precise information processed may vary according to device configuration, privacy choices, regional requirements, SDK behavior, and whether a particular feature is used.
Mellow Match does not require or support user account creation. The App does not collect payment card or banking information and does not provide gambling, cash prizes, or real-money rewards.
Gameplay progress, including coins, stars, completed levels, quests, album progress, settings, and similar save data, is stored locally on the device. This local gameplay save is not uploaded to a Mellow Match backend or server. Limited gameplay events may still be sent to Firebase Analytics as described below.
Mellow Match uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide optional rewarded advertisements. Players can use the core game without watching an advertisement. An in-game reward is granted only when an eligible rewarded advertisement is successfully completed.

Advertising behavior may vary according to the user's region, device privacy controls, consent choices, and Google's advertising systems. Users may reset or delete their Android Advertising ID through their device settings where supported.

Mellow Match uses the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage advertising and privacy choices where required.
Consent information is updated when the App launches. If a consent form is required, Google UMP may display it before advertisements are requested. Advertising requests are permitted only when the UMP SDK reports that ads may be requested.
Where required and available, users can reopen privacy options from the App's settings and update their choices. A decision not to consent does not necessarily prevent all advertising; Google may provide limited or otherwise eligible advertising according to applicable law, consent signals, and Google's policies.

Mellow Match uses Firebase Analytics to understand general App usage and improve gameplay quality.

Analytics events are intended to measure aggregate product performance and gameplay behavior. Mellow Match does not send usernames, invitation codes, raw advertising receipts, payment information, or account details to Firebase Analytics.
We do not assign an App-level user account ID because Mellow Match does not provide user accounts.
Mellow Match uses Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes, stability problems, and technical errors.

This information is used to diagnose defects, improve stability, and prevent recurring technical problems. Crashlytics information is not used by Mellow Match to create user profiles or provide real-money rewards.

Analytics information is not used as the authoritative source for coins, rewards, scores, or other gameplay economy changes.
Data may be collected and/or shared with Google services such as AdMob and Firebase depending on service functionality, consent signals, privacy settings, and applicable law.
Google may process information as an independent or contracted service provider under its own terms and privacy practices. Information may be processed on infrastructure located outside the user's country.
We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce legal rights, protect users, investigate fraud or security incidents, or respond to valid governmental requests.
Mellow Match does not operate a backend that receives or stores users' local gameplay save data.
Local gameplay progress remains on the device until it is removed through an in-app reset, clearing the App's storage, or uninstalling the App, subject to device backup behavior and platform controls.
Information processed by Google AdMob, UMP, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics is retained according to Google's service configurations, contractual terms, legal obligations, and retention practices.
We retain information under our control only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including stability analysis, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

The email should identify the request as a "Mellow Match data deletion request."
Please include enough information to describe the request, but do not send passwords, payment information, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Deletion applies to information that Mellow Match can reasonably identify and control. Because the App does not require accounts and does not assign an App-level user identity, we may not be able to associate every third-party analytics, advertising, or diagnostic record with a particular person or device.
Information processed independently by Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or other Google services may be subject to Google's own retention and deletion practices. Users may also manage advertising identifiers and privacy settings through their device and Google settings.
Certain information may be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement of legal rights.
Mellow Match is a general-audience casual game and is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly request names, email addresses, account profiles, payment information, or other direct personal details from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support request or another channel, please contact us at zenmatch.support@gmail.com so that we can review and take appropriate action.
Parents and guardians should supervise children's device, advertising, and privacy settings where appropriate.
Data transmitted by the App's integrated Google services is encrypted in transit using secure protocols such as HTTPS or TLS.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information under our control. However, no electronic transmission, storage system, or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
